Join us July 13th for our first Full Body Connection workshop with Kayla McGowan!
Kayla will lead us through a series of movements to relaign the body, improve our posture, and relieve back, neck, and lower body pain! No yoga or movement experence is required for this workshop!
To achieve a healthier posture, you need to release any habits that close your body. But to do that you also need to restore fluid motion to parts of your body that need not freely articulate. To do this you have to move in ways that are out of the ordinary for you.
We will be moving the body through a variety of activities to use different joints. By adding variety to your movements, you make your neuromuscular coordination more adaptable.
By understanding how the feet, knees and pelvis work with each other, then we can then find how to make them find ease!
Live with greater vitality and fluidity!
